Why you'd want to live in Sweetwater

Sweetwater is a large master-planned community west of Austin on Highway 71. It was created in order to be an escape from the city into the peace of the hill country that still allows for an easy return to Austin for events, work and to see friends and family. While Sweetwater is a relatively new development with only about 300 homes the community will support anywhere from 1600 – 1800 houses by full development.
