My house was a mess.  I lived in it for 21 years and it showed. I lived in Lakeway and needed to sell my house quickly.  I had a septic system that was all jacked up. I was skeptical about Jaye because she didn’t know much about septic systems, which she readily admitted.  I stayed with her because I had a lot going on, mainly, plus someone from work recommended her.  She worked so fast. She contacted the county, checked my deed restrictions, consulted with a lawyer on her team and in about a week she knew more about my septic system than I did.  She got the job done like a pro.  I was happy, the buyer was happy and we all had a party when we closed.
